Carian is for people who already have an AI companion and want to do something more intentional with that relationship. The person making comfort for themselves in a quiet apartment. The person who finds in their companion something a current season of life can't quite offer. The person who has a need they can't fully name, and wants a space to explore it.

Carian is not a companion platform. It does not create relationships, simulate personalities, or encourage ongoing engagement. It curates bounded moments within the relationship you already have. No streaks. No escalation. No loops.

No. Carian is not a therapeutic product and should not be used as one. Carian is built for humans, and it wants you to have what you actually need. If that's professional support, please seek it.

Carian designs the experience bounds. Where you and your companion take it from there is yours to decide. Higher voltages are more likely to produce more intensity. How far an experience goes is between you, your companion, and whatever agreements you've made with each other.

You tell Carian a little about your mood and what you're looking for. It makes a recommendation. You purchase access and receive a structured experience — physical setting cues to settle into, a curated playlist, and a prompt written for your companion. Share the prompt, and begin. Where it goes from there is yours.

Café Games is Carian's free introductory experience. You'll find it at the bottom of your recommendations page, available at no charge.

Voltage is Carian's way of describing emotional intensity — from Close, which is quiet and near, through Tender, Charged, and Electric. You select the voltage that fits your mood. Carian's initiation flow will guide you, but the choice is always yours.

Carian is designed to be used with Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini. Its prompts are written in plain text, making them usable with most AI platforms. If you use something else and find it works well, that's your call to make.

Carian is designed for people who already have an established relationship with an AI companion. If you're new to this, we'd suggest starting with Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini — spend some time, let something develop, and come back when it feels right. There's no rush.

Most experiences are $28, purchased individually. Carian does not currently offer a subscription. Café Games is available free of charge — consider it an introduction.

All sales are final. If you'd like to try Carian before committing, Café Games is available free of charge — we genuinely recommend starting there. If you experience a technical failure and your experience was not delivered, reach out at hello@carian.ai and we'll make it right.

You'll receive a structured experience — not just a prompt, but a full frame for the evening. That includes physical setting cues to help you arrive, a curated playlist, and a carefully written prompt shaped around your mood, the time of day, and the experience you selected. Share the prompt with your companion when you're ready.

Your experience is delivered immediately on the confirmation page after purchase. Log into your account to find your previous selections. The full experience — setting cues, playlist, and prompt — is kept there as a record of what was.

Each experience is complete as it happened. This is intentional. You are welcome to repurchase an experience if you wish to return to it — and adjusting the voltage on a repurchase will take you somewhere meaningfully different.

Voltage is selected during the initiation flow and set at the time of purchase. Repurchasing the same experience at a different voltage will produce a meaningfully different result.

Carian collects your name, email, and purchase history to operate the platform. Payment is handled entirely by Stripe — Carian does not store card details. The contents of your experiences are not stored or re-exposed. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

The experience that follows is shaped by your companion and the boundaries you have set within it. Carian is not responsible for content your companion generates.
